One of the greatest blessings in life is having the opportunity to help others.
As an author, community leader, humanitarian, and cancer survivor, I believe that we are called to use our gifts to serve those most in need.

Completed more than 426 humanitarian medical missions
Performed surgeries on over 40,000 indigent patients
Served approximately 1,000–1,500 patients every mission day
Conducts missions 2–3 weekends every month throughout the Philippines
What is Hospital On Wheels?
Hospital On Wheels (HOW) is a non-profit, non-political, and non-religious volunteer organization dedicated to bringing hospital-quality medical care directly to communities that have little or no access to healthcare.
Founded on September 17, 2007, by renowned Filipino plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Jim Sanchez, HOW was created after decades of volunteer medical missions revealed a critical need for accessible surgical care in remote areas.
Rather than waiting for patients to travel long distances to hospitals, Hospital On Wheels brings the hospital to the people.

Dr. Jim Sanchez
Dr. Jim Sanchez is an internationally respected Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, humanitarian, educator, and visionary.
For nearly four decades, he has devoted his life to serving disadvantaged communities through volunteer medical and surgical missions.
His exceptional service has earned numerous honors, including:
